Avon Old Farms School

We at Avon Old Farms are experts in educating boys. By leveraging relational learning, through experiential learning we bring material to life in a student's mind while challenging each individual to persevere in the pursuit of self-discovery. Our traditionally structured and well-balanced environment refines character traits young men need to be successful throughout their entire life.
On the field, in the classroom, and in life, Avon inspires excellence.

AOF Squash
Over the past seven years, the Avon Old Farms Squash program has seen an enormous leap in standard. With a tremendous amount of support from the extended school community, the Avon Old Farms squash program has now placed itself on the map of US High School Squash. Beginning with the construction of the 7 court Gaynor Squash Pavilion, an introduction of world class coaching staff in Supreet Singh 2010-12 (4 x CSA National Team Titles with Trinity), and current coach, Josh Cardwell 2013 – Present (Former PSA Professional Player), and the inclusion of some top caliber student-athletes from both near and afar, Avon Old Farms squash has propelled itself into being one of the strongest high school squash programs in the nation.
In recent years, Avon Old Farms School has welcomed top-caliber talent from all over the globe. We've had players from Egypt, Mexico, Thailand, Barbados, and Honduras as well as boys from all parts of the USA. While we have had students that have been at the top of the US Squash Rankings, (Atticus Kelly `15 (Ranked #1 in U19)), players who have won their country’s National & Regional Championships (Barbados & Caribbean Junior Champion, Josiah Griffith `17 & Barbados Junior Champion, Benjamin Griffith `16), we have also been fortunate to have players that were among the best players in the world, and were featured inside the top 10 world junior rankings (Seif Attia `14, Omar El-Atmas `15, Karim Tarek `15). Since US Squash began nominating All-American squash athletes in 2013/14, Avon Old Farms has had 3 boys earn this elite status: Seif Attia & Karim Tarek (2013/14) and Omar El-Atmas (2014/15).
In 2013-14, Avon Old Farms School achieved its first-ever US Squash High School National Team Championship. That same year, the team managed to secure its first-ever Founders League title, while earning its highest finish at the NEISA New England Championships.
